New Schools & Facility Upgrades

HVAC upgrades St. Joseph CES Aurora

  • New schools in Stouffville : St.Katharine Drexel CHS (grades 7-12), Blessed Chiara Badano CES (grades 1-6) and a daycare.

  • Ventilation and filtration upgrades including stand alone HEPA filters in every classroom

  • LED light replacement strategy

  • New HVAC system added to St. Joseph CES in Aurora

  • HVAC upgrades for St. Patrick CES Schomberg -

  • Reconfigured and paved bus loop and drop off at St. Mark CES, including new sidewalks, new fencing at back of property

  • Repaving of bus loop, parking and play area at Holy Spirit CES, Our Lady of Grace CES

  • Repaving of bus loop, parking and play area at St. Brigid CES

  • Board identified a possible Catholic High School site in Nobleton

  • Streamed Board meetings increase parent engagement

  • Completed rollout of Cashless School option for parents through School Day

  • Revised Partnership Policy that encourages working with compatible community partners to maximize opportunities for effective management of resources while improving services to parents/students .
